    I am getting really mad with these guys, I've paid for a theme to be installed and 50+ widgets, They installed the theme but it doesn't work properly, (i've rectified this by paying someone else to sort it out) and I haven;t got my 50+ widgets! I've sent them probably 7 or 8 emails over the last couple of weeks asking for assistance but NOTHING! I'm totally fed up with them now. I've seen bad reviews on here but they always respond and say there are problems with their email system or whatever, but those reviews where ages ago so they should have a working email by now! And they were quick to respond when I inquired about buying the theme!!! I'm going to advise evryone to STAY AWAY from these guys! You'll end up with a theme that doesn;t work, no widgets, and no contact!!

      Ok I finally got a message back, I sent a message to and got a response fairly quickly. I have only to presume that the contact form on their website doesn't go to an email address that is checked very often as I can tell from the response I got from the gmail account that they must have finally read the messages I sent to the other email address after I sent the email to their gmail account. I would advise anyone trying to contact them to use their gmail account. The problem I had with members not being able to sign up was apparently due to the core files of social engine and not the theme. The problem I had was that there is a 'name' section on the theme but social engine doesn't have a 'name' section on sign up so you have to remove that, here is a link to solve the problem if anyone else needs to sort this issue
      The issue with the widgets was my fault, my lack of technical skills meant they were there I just hadn't seen them!
      So although I don't apologise for getting mad in my earlier revue, as I was VERY frustrated with the lack of response and being unable to contact, I do apologise for accusing them for the faults I encountered.
      So suffice to say, I've eaten humble pie and now I actually recommend them! But make sure you get plenty of email response first! Come on SORT OUT YOUR EMAIL! Then you won't get angry b'stards like me writing negative reviews because they don't know what the heck is going on!

    I purchased the advanced facebook theme from these guys. It has some code issues page constraints are clipping the captcha box, the text input box is too narrow and clipping the letters. There are tabs that open and the top half of the text is cut off. Other search boxes are lacking text constraints and text input boxes run open ended off the page. I have sent them an email, they replied they could help, and I have back from them since. I just sent another email this evening advising them for the second time of my August 1 2013 launch date. If these repairs are not made within the next week I will have to scrap their theme and redesign the entire site.
    I like the overall appearance of the theme but I must say the service quality to date is the worst I have encountered. If they get the issues repaired within the next week I might consider doing business with them again.
    But as of this moment I am displeased. I will wait for the outcome of this before I comment any further. In the event I do have to scrap the theme these will not be my last published words on the matter.
    Socialengineaddons, and Radcodes service is excellent these guys would do best to follow their lead.

      Alright, I am sheepishly retracting the bulk of my previous grumblings. It would seem as though they were having some difficulties receiving emails do to some technical issues with regard to their mail settings. Almost immediately after my posting here, which was after I sent them an email, they did get in touch with me. We sorted out the missing email situation and they went to work almost right away. I am very pleased to say they have rectified all the issues that I requested, and did a magnificent job doing so. After the fixes, I would recommend them without hesitation. I would and will purchase from them again. I do apologize to for my previous harsh review. I was unaware of their email difficulties, and had grown impatient with the delay. Keep up the good work guys,

    I purchased this theme about 3 weeks ago and paid to have him install it. He installed the Theme but there is a lot of problems as the theme does not function correctly. Lots of corkie issues. I figured he would fix them for me as I sent him many emails and got NO RESPONSE back. I been trying for a almost 2 weeks with no response. I even sent request help from his website and told him i needed help! NO RESPONSE... I now have a theme that I have to pay someone else extra to fix it and make it work the way it should.

    I thoroughly enjoy working with Cuztomize.Net.

    They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. These things are important when trying to build a successful website.

    Any time I have needed plugins installed, or customizations done to the theme, the developer is always there to assist me. He even updated my plugins for me, without me even asking to do so. Now that is what I call great customer service, and professionalism.

    With so many developers here online, it is nice to find someone that I plan to work with long term. Contact them for your needs. You'll be glad you did!

    This is truly an incredibly positive experience for me, and I do judge from the experience I had with other 3rd party developers. This lads have one of the best support. About the theme, it is great.
    They have been working on several projects with us and they have been great every time.
    They have done a custom theme, fixed bugs, upgrade our site, this guys can do anything and they deliver amazing results and outstanding support.

    I really would recommend them to anyone.
