    I sended 3 mails from contact form some days ago, but don´t recieve any answer from yours. 2 Plugs that i have buyed legally don´t working on my site. So, please!!! Anyone!! Could you answer and fix the issues? or if you can´t, i want my money back.

      We don't collect VAT and this VAT is not paid to us, it is collected by SWReg payment processor. Information from SWReg payment processor:

      "SWREG, Inc. is required to collect VAT tax since we offices within the European Union. We collect the VAT rate of each individual country then remit the collected tax to the proper tax authority.
      If the customer inputs a valid VAT Exempt Number on the order form the tax will be removed from the order total."

    My Review. Do not buy this plugin you will not get any support. I have waited for 3 days to some one to get back to me and no one has. All I need it to know is why settings don't save when profile has been modified. They just toke my cash and left me to it. This plugin does not work so don't waste your money on it. I have been waiting to some one get back to me for past 3 days.

    I have sent 4 emails to developer. Made 3 support tickets and made a forum post here

    I'm still waiting on Developer to get back to me. been waiting past 3 days. I guess once they take your cash you not important to them any more and you will be scammed!!!


    The funny thing is I was actually going to buy more plugins from there . I spent $400 with Hire-Experts and very happy with them. I was going to spend same sort of cash there. but decided not to, as Support for anything you buy will not be given.

    !!!You have been warned!!!


    And all this because 1 function don't work i.e "save settings" don't work and I been waiting on reply for that for 3 days.

    Great. I will hang on for Hire-Experts Profile style to come out at least I know I will get support there.

    Also I will be opening dispute with paypal and provide all the emails of me not receiving any support form you guys, so I will not loose anything but on long run you have lost more then 1 client, as I'm sure many people are reading this reviews.

    Good luck with what ever you people do there. I do not wish to be any part of it.

      Delay of 2 days arose from the fact that you asked for support at the weekend. You will get support reply today.

      Just to update this review. I have fixed my issue my self. All thou I was promiced support today I have worked out the problem I had. So I can't say bad thing about this plugin as it works great and I would sugest any one to have one.

      Only minor issue is support is really slow but I guess eventually they will get back to you.

    We use the "Free Quick Informer" - The plugin doesnt work correct. Sometime when we moove over a group-photo we get quick-infos about a member ... - still waiting since 5 days of replay.

      We do not provide "Quick Informer" for free. If you have installed paid version and have a problem then please contact to the developer via se.dewiar@gmail.com

    Hello i have Buy 4 Plugins by ITterra shop but 3 Plugins has problems, not work or not correct works. I have fix 1 self, but 2 Users i have write to help fixing, and 1 User no helping for my problem i will my money back for all this sore has any problems too, site not realy good working, system is very slow, website i am waiting and waiting site website on big slow server and all users here i have contact not realy helping and i think this is a bad shop !

    News module cost me 69 $ three months ago, still will not work, i contacted developer numerous times to fix the news module SAVE and Edit button.

    Just bought a number of plugins from these guys and my experience was nothing but positive, service fantastic!

    Looking forward to installing the plugins and expect the same excellence from their products.

      ps. my before sale was constant communication over about two days, no problems at all.

      I recommend opening a support ticket and trying that way. You will have to open an account with them to do this.

    If they are like before sale, how will they support me after sale?.

      We really had a problem with support of our products due to moving to the new office. Now support service is restored.
