    YouNet is by far the best plugin provider that I've had the opportunity to work with and purchase from.... I have purchased the majority of the products offered and have not been disappointed!

    Last week I purchased the Ultimate News plugin for my site (http://www.securitorium.com). I am running the latest SE version ( 4.3.0p1). There were no problems with the install, and the plugin works especially well with Yahoo Pipes RSS feeds. On fault finding, found one issue with the 'featured news' - there was an issue with the slider not functioning as it should (not scrolling). I worked on it a little bit myself, however after logging a support job the issue was fixed in lest than 24 hours (UK Time). The issue was with some coding in the jsmenuselect widget from another 3rd party widget designer.

    Ultimate News has allowed us to created custom topic pages like "Healthy Living" and add subject specific dynamic content to the page and has become the center of our dynamic content. As always a great product, easy to use and of course the exceptional customer support that we always get from the Guys at YouNet.

    bought this product and read their literature.
    it said, if you havent done cron jobs before, dont do it, contact us.
    i contacted them and the first thing they did was send a link to there knowledge base.
    many emails sent back and forward and still cant get them to service there own product.
    my community has a product that doesnt update after more than 24 hours now.

      many days have passed and i still get excuses , things like ticket system broken, you confuse us.
      they have even more excuses since i have asked for a refund.
      i would have better chance getting support from a legless man in an iron lung.
      the first day i asked for them to come and fix their program , per their lterature, they sent me a knowledge base link. after two of my admins have tried desperatly to get them to fix their program and even pay them over and above the over-inlfated price for this plugin. all they did a week later was - send knowledge base link.
      buy from them at your own risk. i am a hundsred bucks out of pocket and two programes they sold me are broken and the dont offer support.

      As replied very clearly in message many times, you did submit a ticket asking us to give support on Ultimate News under the email: arenajohnarena@gmail.com and we did receive it. However, the thing is arenajohnarena@gmail.com does not have Ultimate News license because you purchased Ultimate News under the email: idzgn@yahoo.com. As our company policy, we only give our client support on products having in their Product List. In this case, the Product List of arenajohnarena@gmail.com does not have Ultimate News, that's why we are not authorized to give support.
      And early this morning, once received message from idzgn@yahoo.com we have replied almost immediately and also explained the issue of two different accounts and willing to support, also we asked if you'd like to merge two accounts for further.
      For setup cronjob, we do have video clip to guide our Clients, and if you could not, we are willing to setup it for you free even you do not pay for installation service.
      Again, please check if there is any message which we have not replied within 1 business day. Therefore, we would suggest you to continue working with us either by arenajohnarena@gmail.com or idzgn@yahoo.com account, we will merge them into one if you'd like. Also, we are willing to issue a refund if the plugin does not work properly for your site accordingly to our Policy.

      happy to say that after the misunderstanding were sorted out, we are moving forward.
      i do love their products and hope we can maintain a good relationship in the future.

    I purchased the news plugin from YouNet and was very satisfied. I had some problems with my customized theme, but the patient and kind support helped me during a whole week constantly to fix all my issues with the plugin, so that it is finaly working at my site. Now my users use the network to have constant news on their topics of interest. I am really happy to have their plugins and would recommend them to everyone else who wants to expand the possibilites of ones own network!

    This is a good plugin from a good company, it is very easy to configure and set up news feeds with their respective logos. From the front end I was able to set up a news section from different sources where the content stays on my site, not taking the user to the original source, which is important for me. Its actually be fun and rewarding finding RSS feeds and having their content collectively displayed on my site. Good layouts as well. I recommend this plugin and only have good things to say about the company, based on my personal experience.

    1) I puchased the Ultimate News plugin but see that this plugin dont recieve all the photos from the news. I use news provider with photos but the plugin dont import the photos. The samples about this plugin is just from google news but I want to use other news providers. Maybe this plugin is nice but it is not useful for me when i dont get the photos.

    2) I have many news providers but want to select wich news will shown on the "Recent News" (for example news only with photos) this is what needs the admin of this plugin. And there is other easy issues what the plugin admin needs. For example you can't search news by news provider. But this team want money for this issues.

    3) I thing that the customer have the right to change any product when they dont like it. But this company dont change the product. After purcase is finish.

    So I dont recommend this plugin and team.

    This plug is great!!!! it helps bring content to my site, so now my staff writers can focus on blogs and post that are a little more "community focused." It saved us a ton of time. The widgets fit nicely throughout my site. The best part of this is that the content is stays on your site, so the user doesnt have to be redirected. Some RSS Feeds from other sites have issues with their content posting on your site, but it is NOT a fault of the plugin, I just pulled an RSS feed from a different site and it worked great. It's highly recommended!
