    The support team is great , but you'll spend hours and days for describing each and single issue with this theme.I wouldn't say my site became very mobile friendly after installing it either.
    Actually I ordered the newest edition on the marked (which also came up yesterday)-the so called ‘Responsive Captivate Theme'- my idea was not to lose time for reporting every issue I have with the Luminous theme , but to get something which (eventually- as per the description is better and on a different level).

    Upon request I can provide snapshots of what I mean.The team is working over a month now over the reported issues, but without success.

    The bottom line is SEAO team is great and very supportive , but many of the products (I've purchased enough , trust me) need a lot of job to be done , before selling it to customers without much experience like me.
    Usually before I purchase something I read or ask and it seems (luckily) I'm the only one who is disappointed.

    Well, it really saddens me to write this review about SEAO, I have been a customer for quite some time and recently purchased their new Responsive Spectacular Theme and had them update my site to the most current SE Version(4.8.9) at the time. As they always do with every SE update. It appeared everything went smooth but I started to get calls and complaints from friends and users about the unprofessional formatting of my site. I went and took a look and sure enough my site had a slew of formatting issues and incompatibilities with this new theme. My site got slower, menus wouldn't work, modules were mis-aligned, pages weren't responsive and the mobile platform didn't work at all. I quickly contacted SEAO to inform them of the issues. No problem, Ritu jumped right on it. Everything seemed like it was fixed, as a matter of fact after several weeks of back and forth and new problems flashing, they were able to fix things, or so I thought. It wasn't a day later before my site went WILD again and now I am losing users and my site isn't even functional. So I contact SEAO again and Ritu was on vacation, so another person named (Riya) worked on my site but Riya seemed new because (s)he could not figure out what Ritu did to fix my site and took days to of my site being down before I insisted to get Ritu. By this time Riya became to frustrated with me because I told Ritu I didn't want Riya working on my web site that Riya logged into my back end and destroyed my site by writing some sort of bug to it that would not allow my multi-listing menu/navigation plugin which I spent $159 dollars for, to work at all. (S)he have corrupted my whole site. When I complained of this despicable act to Ritu, he told me that he had talked to Riya and resolved the issue in-house however, Riya was still very active and continued to infect my site.

    I have tried everything in my power to get Ritu to fix my site but they ignore my request and have left my site in a frenzy and many features are not operable. I do need to let you guys know that i was once in my opinion one of their best customers, having bought every plugin, module, add-on and theme they've ever created and promoted their products to all my clients, including building SE web sites for clients of mine, convincing them to allow me to use only SEAO products. My complete site was dedicated AND POWERED BY SEAO products. That's why writing this very transparent review here was soon difficult for me because when I support and stand behind someone, I am loyal. This action by SEAO is repulsive, very un-professional and totally un-acceptable by American business standards. No customer should be subject to this type of behavior especially with a company that you give very sensitive login details to and trust to do the right thing. How do you move forward and trust SEAO after they have demonstrated such disregard for a long time customer who have spent thousands of dollars with throughout the years.

    I have had to hire an outside developer to try and fix some of the issues that this Riya person did to my site and they still were not able to fix the menu bug (s)he created thus leaving me no choice but to remove it from my site and not allow users to even access important pages crucial to the core practice of our organization.

    I thinking that I would be able to move on without using SEAO customer service, today I purchased their Listing / Catalog Showcase Plugin (another $79) and found out that they have written something in my site that doesn't allow me to download any menu type plugin. Of course... "I WAS HOT!!" and after this last straw I decided to let you, the CONSUMER know how SEAO has changed for the worst. I am certain I will never get this product to work on my site because of the error message that has plastered itself on my dashboard and I am at awe of this whole experience. Where did all this come from... because I stated I didn't want one of Ritu's employees to work on my site after giving them plenty opportunity to resolve an issue then discovering they were not capable or competent to perform the action, rather harmed my site instead and for that I am wrong!! I think not, there was nothing I did wrong to SEAO except purchase new releases from them to add to the countless purchases I have made in the past for my companies and my client's businesses.

      I spoke to the Director of SEAO, Niranjan Mangal and he assured me that he would speak to his staff and get them in line. My hope is that we do not have anymore issues with professionalism.

      Niranjan was able to get my site back on line and it now works. We have changed our thumbs down to a thumbs up and applaud his efforts to insure that we do not experience anything like this again.

      Now that's how customer service is suppose to be. Thank you Niranjan, we look forward to having the type of professional relationship we once had years ago.

    The file has a problem to install, even with the permissions on the folder.

    The company takes a long time to solve the problem.

    I recommend this theme. Its clean, stylish and easy to use and looks great on every platform. SocialEngineAddons has the most well designed plugins. I'm only using their addons.
