  • How can user add images to feedback?

    It depends on some settings in Member Level Settings to allow if you can upload a picture or not. The same for uploading files
  • How to change color/text for “Feedback” button?

    Go to Admin CP --> Plugin --> Feedback --> Manage Feedback Button. Then you can change color, text, hover color, hover text as well as feedback button position.
  • How to allow non-logged in users posting a feedback?

    We have an option to enable it at Global Settings of Feedback

    I decided to write a review for some YN plugins today because I wanted to share my always and completely satisfactory experience with younet plugins and staff, having read some spam-troll-looking reviews about them I felt that was really unfair what I had read. The feedback plugin, which I've been using for more than a year has never had any issues (and consider that I'm running one of the most complex social engine-based websites around) and has always been appreciated by my users. I would certainly recommend the plugin and the company to anyone who's serious and competent in his webmaster job

    I WANT TO SHARE WITH YOU GUYS MY EXPERIENCE WITH "YOUNET", FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO SOCIALENGINE AND WISH TO BUY PLUGINS FROM THEM.

    THEY HAVE LOT OF PLUGINS WHAT COULD HOOK YOU, BUT MOST OF THEM HAVE STILL BUGS ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE BEEN DEVELOPED LONG TIME AGO. BUT THAT IS NOT THE PROBLEM, THE REAL THING IS THAT THEY SEEM TO NOT TEST PLUGINS BEFORE RELEASE THEM, BECAUSE I HAVE BEEN DETECTING BUGS AND MISSING FUNCTIONS EVERYDAY, SO WE, AS CUSTOMERS, HAVE TO DO THAT TASK AFTER INSTALLING THEM, AND FOR FREE!!!... BUT IT GETS WORSE WHEN WE NEED SOME HELP FROM THEM (EVEN WORKING AS "CODE TESTERS" FOR FREE) AND THEY BEHAVE ARROGANT, REPLYING TICKETS WITHOUT THE MINIMUM OF COMPROMISE TO US AS CUSTOMERS AND PRETENDING TO MAKE US FEEL GUILTY FOR NOT BEING DEVELOPERS, WANTING TO CHARGE US FOR FIXING THEIR OWN BUGS, HOW ABOUT THAT?

    BELOW IS THE LAST MESSAGE I JUST SENT THEM AFTER BEING ASKING AND ASKING FOR A LITTLE HELP:

    Hi Tuong,

    It's just unbelievable your lack of common sense and respect to your customers. If me, or anyone else ask you for a little help on the plugin config you should provide it willingly, since you are perfectly aware that most of SocialEngine and Younet customers are NOT DEVELOPERS, reason which you should thank to, because otherwise we would be able to program our own plugins and would not purchase yours. So again, you should show thank about us not being developers by providing the attention we deserve.

    So, if I ask you help on configuring the cronjob you should write few lines that explain how to do it instead of writing more lines to avoid doing it.

    Think about it.

      Above all else, providing excellent support service and fully respect customers are our main goal. Given opportunity, we have learned that you are one of our valuable customer with a lot of products purchases. Understand that, with all your requirements and Customization Work requests (unfortunately we did not meet any mutual agreement) we still did provide some modification costless as we do understand your situation’s status.
      As a business organization, we do receive all the good and bad reviews which could help us to improve our services, unfortunately, using these to make advantage of doing free Customization work seems out of line. With purchased of Standard Package, we are surely that Ultimate Social Music, Responsive Metro UI template, Multiple Listings etc.., are not included in your purchased, and we wonder whether these below reviews are really considered:

      Last but not least, we appreciate for not only your suggestions but for all customers’ suggestion, we are always considering them as our pooling of improvements on our product next upgrade but not for any specific request to specific customer. And finally, if the request such as Task Scheduler which (we have explained its limitation carefully) is not included in our product’s feature, with our Rule and Regulation, Customization work is needed to fully function as requested.

      Secondly,please DON'T BE FUNNY, since when to patch or fix bugs has became "customization works"?

    I installed this plugin in order to have a way for users to provide feedback. Once installed, I realized that it wasn't really applicable to my site. However, the plugin itself works well...I would just ensure you have a plan for it prior to purchase.
