    One week after I bought this module and another one, I received nothing.

    No confirmation after the order except the one from Paypal, no place on their website to help the customers to track their orders.

    I sent an email 3 days ago to ask what happens, and I got a failure notice (Recipient address rejected: User unknown)

    No physical address on the website, no phone number, I really think that I paid for nothing :(

    I have made a payment through Paypal , but havent received the files for Favicon plugin so far . I had also written a mail earlier regarding this. Can you kindly send me the files / download link at meenasingh2009@yahoo.com .

    All you need to do is search for a Free Auto-matic favicon Generator, generate the favicon.ico & then simply upload it into your SE directory, I don't know why a plug-in should be purchased for this ie: WTF?!?

    I purchased this Plugin two days ago and have NOT received anything from them!!! After 1 day, I even emailed them from their site and still NOTHING!! Don't buy ANYTHING from them!!

      Are you retarded or something!? I have sent you the mod three times now, please check your paypal email account. I actually sent it to you 30 minutes after purchasing, I also replied to your email you sent yesterday. So now I have sent you the mod three times over three days, if your that special I can mail it to you via your local postal service.

      I did NOT receive any emails from you. I even checked my "Deleted Items" file before making comments on SocialEngine site just in case it got labeled Spam. I rarely give bad comments to anyone. Sadly, it seems to be the only way for some people to respond.

      If anyone has any question as to how professional these people are, just check out the first 5 words in their response above!!

      User has been sent what he paid for, sad he couldnt wait 5 hours....Thanks for the un-need negative feedback, some of us do need sleep. Download is sent manually.

      May I suggest you to show on the purchasing page, that it is not an immediate download but the client will receive it manually later on?
