    The Younet is a company with some great plugins which save lot of time in creating any type of product for your company. We used these plugins and the installation takes just 5 minutes. The support team is very friendly and always answer your questions within 24 hours.

    When it comes to customer support, you cannot ask for more. Their services and scripts are outstanding.

    Here is why I like these guys quite simply

    Late last year I followed some basic instructions from SE to speed up my website. The website crashed never to return. I lost my member base and everything. All my other websites on the same website were functioning at 100% except SE. I decided to change server and upload again. The upload went well and my SE was ready for action.
    I had already used the You Second template from Younet and wanted to use it again so I went to the theme section to find that I could not change any themes what so ever. I had not even installed You Second at this point and we were 100% running SE only. I was in shock again and contacted SE support to find that my support coverage was out once again and I had to front up with money once again to get support. Oh well I needed the support as nothing much was going to happen without it.
    With the support paid for I made my request. SE support crew basically pointed the finger at everything other than the script at first and finally settled on the issue being a server issue. Remember this support is not an over night experience as SE likes to stretch it out to use up your support payment as quickly as possible so that you buy more. The server support ( Blue Host ) said that the website was running well but the error message coming from the theme link was not due to a server error or configuration but rather a script issue.
    With this information in hand I went back to SE and asked them to check with my server as I had to which they refused as its not in their Terms & Conditions. Fair enough I should have read the T&C and I didnt. However they would install your SE software for you for a fee initially if you pay for it which requires server interaction so its quite a contradiction.
    This went on for days with SE giving me many lame excuses and saying that it was a server error. Days had gone by and I had normal things to do in my life at the same time like make money and provide for my family when finally with some free time I was going to pin down a Bluehost support member and say fix this error of yours please once and for all.
    Luckily I was answered by the most helpful member of BH one could ask for. He was online with me for about 45 minutes listening and scouring the server for possible issues. Finally he nailed it down to an error in the script in some particular line. He sent through the result and I copied it to my notepad so that I could go back to SE armed with evidence and demand satisfaction. Unbelievably the power went of in my area and I had no chance to save the note to my pc :-( I could only remember basic parts of it. Trying to get back to BH and talking to my new friend was going to be a mission so I decided I could probably remember enough of the script error message to get the message across to SE.
    Yes finally I was on the home stretch. Armed and ready I went into the SE client area. Sh#t my support has expired once again. They wanted more money before they would repair their issue it seems!
    Broken and dejected I retired once again and submitted defeat. The money was not really the issue and was more the fact that they were not prepared to fix an issue with their product which should not have been there in the first place without free support for their problem.
    Tired and fed up with SE I purchased PHP Fox script and started fresh. This was interesting a whole new script and interface. Loaded well and is sitting there ready to go. However I sat back and thought man do I want to learn a new interface now when my SE is so close? So it was time for one last crack at SE!

    I contacted SE via the front page and was replied to by Jung Kim. He was very friendly and prepared to look at my issue without me having to go through the normal paid support channel. I thank him for his kind reply. The only problem was time as he was very busy and could not guarantee when he could do it.

    Ok I was once again on the home stretch and could see my websites YouSecond template on my website but I didnt know when it would happen!
    I decided to go through a different channel and contacted the people at Younet directly. I explained the issue with my SE script and theme changing etc. They also said they were busy but would try to look into it as soon as possible. I even offered to pay money to fix the SE problem as it was not their issue but if they could fix it I would be eternally grateful.
    Within 24 hours my website is fully functioning. The team at Younet did a fantastic job and asked for no money in return.
    My Yousecond template is there and ready for action. If you have issues with SE and have purchased something from Younet before I recommend contacting these guys as they are the greatest.

    Final note. SE is in my opinion the best social networking script out there but the support leaves much to be desired. Someone need to get out there and offer an alternative to their support system and make themselves a few bucks on the way through.

    This is an excellet plugin if you are planning to run auctions on your site backed with great support.
