Ignore the previous comments, I've just got this for our site and it's a very comprehensive legal document that would stand up in a court of law in any country. I've been in business nealry 20 years and have legal agreements for all kinds of things - in my opinion this is fine.

Would definitely recommend as will save you a headache when one of your many users decides to do something on your network that you didn't have in mind.

I don't think that several people can use this at the same time as per the copyright issues.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean! As long as you pay for something there are no copyright issues, I am giving you the right to use my product! Example: When you purchase a copyrighted photo you are purchasing the right to use & do what you like with that photo and chances are that other people have purchased the same photo with the same intent. Same thing here, by all means you can edit/modify/delete any part of it to suit your needs, which then makes it unique content!

But someone put my terms in then it will show multiple urls which shall be using the same content for terms which is not a good impact. Why would I not use my own written words? Did you get my point?
