We've gone to great lengths to make SocialEngine PHP incredibly easy to work with and customize. With SE PHP managed, you will be able to customize your theme via the admin panel. You can also arrange widgets however you would like via the layout manager. There will be no access to files so if you need further customizations, you would want to choose SE PHP download which offers full source code access.
