Which type of personal information do we hold?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, we store your Name, email, IP address, billing information - address, phone number and PayPal transaction id number (if using PayPal).
You may, however, visit our site anonymously.

We store this information in order to process your order, provide product download access, support services, manage your account, send information via newsletters, and post offers of other services or products we offer.

Who do we share your information with?
Your PayPal transaction ID, date of purchase, amount and item purchased will be shared with vendors in our marketplace for certified products purchased. ONLY IF you purchase products and ONLY to the applicable vendor.
Your information will be shared with members of our group or company.
We DO NOT share information with external marketing sources.
In exceptional circumstances, we may share information about you with a third party if we believe that sharing is reasonably necessary to:

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Your personal data can be accessed via your account at socialengine.com/login and via your community account at community.socialengine.com. Clients in Europe in areas covered by the GDPR can contact us via our support channel to request a download of their personal data.
You can update your personal info in the following ways:
Upon request, we will remove personal data from your client account at socialengine.com/login . You are free to delete your account from our community by clicking the Delete Account button in your account settings at the community. Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Where is data stored?
Data that flows between each of your sub-processors is done on the server-side of our operation. This information is never cached and is sent directly to the subprocessor using a secure connection and private keys provided by the subprocessor. These private keys are never stored on any of the servers in flat files.
